The Barbell Run Club

Tuesday 6:15-7:15pm

The Barbell Run Club utilizes mobility, dynamic stretching, drills, and weight training to enhance running performance and prevent injuries. Group classes will break down running technique into chunks, strengthen the individual parts, then bring them all together to help build the foundation for fast, efficient running.

Dr. David Zanet will be leading the class with their combined specialties in strength and conditioning, mental performance, injury rehabilitation, and more.
