Change of Ownership for OHG Kanata

Dear Valued Patients and Friends,

We hope this message finds you well. Karen and I want to personally share an important and very exciting update regarding the future of our Kanata clinic.

Effective January 1, 2026, the administrative ownership and day-to-day management of the Kanata clinic will transition to FLOW Health & Performance, owned and operated by Dr. Dave Zanet and Dr. Cristina Leonardelli.

This thoughtful transition reflects our commitment to ensuring the long-term strength, stability, and growth of the clinic. Dr. Dave and Dr. Cristina are outstanding clinicians who many of you already know. They bring compassion, energy, and a shared philosophy of patient-centered care that aligns perfectly with our values.

Most importantly, we want to emphasize that:

• Your care will not change – this transition affects only the administrative side of the business

• Karen and I will continue to see patients at the Kanata clinic, along with Dr. Dave Zanet and Dr. Andrea Guidolin, just as we always have

• For those who see Stephanie Flynn, RMT or Dr. Kym deGruchy, they will continue their practice exclusively at our downtown clinic

Your treatment, your health records, and the continuity of your care remain fully protected and remain our top priority. As we move through this transition, appointment booking will continue to be supported by both clinics, ensuring the same familiar faces, standards, and quality of care you all have become accustomed to.

We made this decision with great care and pride, knowing it will support the clinic’s future and provide additional opportunities for growth and improved services. Karen and I are not stepping back – we are stepping forward with renewed purpose and excitement.
