Physiotherapy is not meant to hurt, but to relieve pain. However, as you restore your mobility, pain levels, at times can fluctuate. You might experience some temporary soreness from using muscles that are weakened or recovering. This is a normal response to therapy treatment. Good communication with your therapist will help minimize any discomfort. We want you on your way to quick pain relief and back to normal activities.

As many of you may already know, our building located at 81 Metcalfe St. experienced significant flooding on January 11th due to a city water main break. This unforeseen event has caused extensive damage to the electrical infrastructure, forcing the building to close for several weeks to make the necessary repairs.
We want to reassure you that our top priority during this time is to ensure that you continue receiving the care and support you need.
Therefore, we are pleased to announce that starting on
Monday, January 26th, we will begin seeing patients right around the corner
at our NEW temporary clinic location: 141 Laurier Ave W., Suite 702.
This will allow us to serve you while the repairs are underway, and we are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible for everyone.
