Pooja Pradhan , B.PT., M.Sc., PT

After completing her Bachelors in Physiotherapy from India, Pooja moved to Canada in 2012 to pursue her Masters in Rehabilitation Science from McGill.

Pooja is passionate about her work and loves to take time to understand her patients well. In her practice, she uses multiple treatment approaches including Manual Therapy Techniques, PNF, Kinesiology Taping, McKenzie, Mulligan, Graston, Myofascial Cupping, and exercise prescription to help with recovery.

Pooja strongly believes in providing active therapy and comprehensive patient education to promote wellness and return to function for her patients. She enjoys treating; sprains, strains, tendinitis, bursitis, arthritis, nerve impingement, back pain and post- surgical conditions. Over the years, she has also developed interest in treating pelvic floor related issues in women.

In her spare time, she likes to keep active by biking and going for walks. She is also a visual artist and loves taking inspiration from different forms of art like paintings, sculptures, cinema and architecture.
