Rachel joined Ottawa Health Group in 2021 as a Chiropractic Assistant and quickly became a valued part of the clinic experience, transitioning into the role of Accounts Manager in 2023. With a background in accounts management and a natural talent for patient support, she thrives in a role that blends organization, communication, and genuine connection. Known for her upbeat personality and easy laugh, Rachel helps create the welcoming, positive atmosphere patients feel the moment they arrive.
