Insurance & Billing Info
Many of the services offered at Ottawa Health Group are covered under your Extended Health Benefits. Some insurance providers may require a prescription from your medical doctor for reimbursement for certain services, such as acupuncture or massage therapy.
Please note that we do not offer direct billing to insurance providers. After each visit, you will receive a detailed receipt that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Coverage, requirements, and reimbursement rules vary by provider, so we recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm your specific plan details.
